Pay for the nursery you run, not the one you might become.
A monthly subscription for your organisation, with the modules you switch on. No servers, no licences to buy up front, no long installation project. Add modules, nurseries and people as you grow, and only pay for them from the day you do.
Three ways to start.
Every plan is quoted for your nursery: the number of sites, desk users and floor users, and the modules you need. Change plans at any time.

What OperoSystems sets up
Your organisation and its address, the modules in your plan, your nurseries with their regions and time zones, currency and VAT, company sign-in, and integrations.
What you own
Your people and their roles, nursery contacts, species grown, camps, tunnels and beds, growing recipes, orders and batches. We help with all of it in the first weeks.
Help that stays
A help centre inside the app, with a Help button on every screen that opens the page for that screen, and your own helpdesk contact shown to your people.
Start as a pilot nursery.
We are setting up OperoNMS with a small group of pilot nurseries. Pilots get hands-on setup and training, a direct line to the people building it, and a real say in what we build next. A pilot runs on a written agreement that sets out its scope, its length and what it costs.
- Your layout, recipes and first orders loaded with you
- Tablets enrolled and labels printed on site
- Training for every role, including your customers
- A weekly check-in through the first season
- Early access to new modules as they are released
Pricing questions
Why don't you publish prices?
A three-tunnel vegetable nursery and a forestry division with three nurseries and 35 plantations need very different things. We quote for your sites, users and modules so you never pay for what you don't use. Most quotes are ready within a week of the demo.
Is there a setup fee?
Your quote shows any onboarding and training separately from the subscription, so you can see exactly what is one-off and what is monthly.
Do floor workers each need a paid account?
General workers use shared, enrolled tablets and do not need personal accounts. Floor users on tablets are counted separately from desk users, so you aren't paying desk prices for a scanner.
Can we add a nursery or a module later?
Yes. Modules and sites are switched on for your organisation, with nothing to install, and billed pro rata from the day they start.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your whole organisation's data can be exported in an open format before your account closes. It is deleted about 30 days after your written request, with an export offered first. See POPIA.
